Job Description

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their client's team in Carlsbad. This is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing the operational performance for customers and ensuring the achievement of internal financial goals. The Program Manager will work closely with various teams, including Account Management, General Management, and Business Development, to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services according to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional team meetings, maintain notes/action items, and follow up to ensure closure of action items.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with customers to address concerns and align objectives.
  • Oversee sales order processes related to customer change requirements.
  • Drive customer satisfaction while meeting financial goals.
  • Manage internal and customer-facing metrics, including inventory turns, quality, and delivery.
  • Communicate non-cancellable, non-returnable (NCNR) parts to customers and obtain necessary signoffs.
  • Initiate and manage pricing quotes and reviews with Account Management and Supply Chain Solutions Management.
  • Ensure project costs align with quotations and maintain profitability.
  • Develop and cultivate new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
  • Support and implement ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
  • Present and resolve excess and obsolete inventory with customers and coordinate mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate ECO/ECN implementations and present cost impacts to customers.
  • Collaborate with Operations for timely implementation of production schedules.
  • Support additional HR duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • CEPM Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and project management skills.
  • Intermediate or greater Excel skill level required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Available for travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
